These terms cover Guardian, Spy-da VPN, Spy-da phones and this website, all from Spy-da. By using them you agree to these terms. If you have a question, email support@spy-da.com.

Using Guardian

Guardian helps you review app permissions, find duplicate files and protect private files on your own phone. Use it only on devices you own or are allowed to manage.

Deleting files

Guardian shows you what it found before anything is deleted, and only deletes what you select. Deleted files may not be recoverable once the bin is emptied, so check your selection and keep backups of anything important.

Secure Vault

You're responsible for remembering how to unlock your vault. Spy-da can't access or recover vault contents.

Spy-da VPN

Don't use Spy-da VPN to break the law, send spam or attack other networks. We may suspend access that's being misused. Speeds depend on your connection and our server's location, and we can't promise the service will be uninterrupted.

Subscriptions

The price, billing period and what each plan includes are shown before you subscribe. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time through the store or account where you subscribed, and you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. Refunds follow the policy of the store or payment provider you used, and your statutory rights are not affected.

Buying a Spy-da phone

Reserving a phone is free and isn't a contract to buy. We'll confirm the price, colour and delivery date by email, and the contract starts when you pay. You can cancel within 14 days of delivery and return the phone for a full refund if it's in the condition we sent it. Faulty phones are covered by your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Spy-da OS is supported with security updates until the date shown for each model at the time you buy.

Acceptable use

Don't use our products to monitor other people without their permission, to break the law, or to interfere with other people's devices. Don't copy, reverse engineer or resell our apps.

Availability and changes

We work to keep our products reliable, but we can't promise they will be free of errors or always available. We may update features over time. If we make a change that significantly reduces what your paid plan includes, we'll tell you in advance.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law. Otherwise, Spy-da isn't liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data you chose to delete.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
