Questions

What's the difference between the editions?

Every edition gets the same phone, Spy-da OS, Guardian and Spy-da VPN, set up and locked by us. The higher editions include a stronger Guardian plan for longer, plus more help moving across and better support.

What happens when the included months end?

Your Guardian plan carries on monthly at the standard price, or you can cancel any time. Spy-da OS keeps getting security updates either way, because the licence lasts for the life of the phone.

Why Google Pixel?

Pixel phones are the only phones that let us install a hardened operating system and then lock the phone again with our own keys, so it still checks that nothing has been tampered with every time it starts. Samsung and most other brands don't allow that.

Can I still use my usual apps?

Most Play Store apps work, including messaging apps. A few apps, including some banking apps, refuse to run on phones that aren't Google-certified. Tell us which apps you rely on and we'll check before you buy.

How do security updates work?

Spy-da OS updates itself over the air, like any phone. Each model gets security updates until the date shown on its card.

Is the phone new?

Yes. Every phone is brand new and unlocked to all UK networks.

When will you take payment?

Reserving is free. We'll email you to confirm the price, colour and delivery date before you pay anything.

Can I return it?

Yes. You can return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, as long as it's in the condition we sent it.
